Democratic Candidate for NC House 110
A New Voice for North Carolina
If elected:
I will continue the fight to crack down on fentanyl. 77% of drug overdoses have been a result of this drug. And while there have been efforts to lessen the number of drug overdoses from fentanyl, we must persist until there are NONE.
I will oppose partisan gerrymandering in any form, regardless of the party. No matter your stripe, you deserve to be represented by people who will listen to you.
I will fight to help kids continue to receive school lunch at NO cost to them.
I will work to combat the housing crisis in our state.
I will continue the work to get North Carolinians access to affordable healthcare.
I will also continue to champion access to broadband in our rural areas.
I will fight government overreach, particularly where it concerns reproductive healthcare decisions and the expansion of the legislature’s power.
I will listen to my constituents’ needs.
NC House, District 110
I grew up in Casar, went to Burns High School in Lawndale, and moved to Polkville in 2018. While my roots run deep in Upper Cleveland, I am often in Gaston County as well. I have been out in Bessemer City, Myrtle Precinct and other parts of Gaston talking with voters as much as possible. All people deserve to have their concerns heard.
I am 100% home-grown, and I am also proudly endorsed by the Charlotte-Metrolina Labor Council.
I received my BA in Political Science and International Affairs from Gardner-Webb in May 2024, and I also work full-time in a local warehouse.
I am accustomed to working with a diverse team and solving difficult problems. I will bring that experience with me to Raleigh if elected.
